There are 2 ways to obtain printed copies of annual reports:

1.) View and print the PDF version through Adobe Acrobat Reader (the quickest way to get a copy): 

  • Click on the PDF version of the report you want to print. 
  • After Acrobat launches and loads the report, click on "Print" in the Acrobat file menu.
  • If you can't view the documents, you need to install Adobe Acrobat Reader.


2.) Order a bound copy from us:

  • Click on "Order Reports" in the navigation menu. 
  • Fill out the order form completely. 
  • Click on "Send Form" and your order will be e-mailed to us.
  • If your browser doesn't support forms, contact us with your request.
